Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using the online store “Hyakkado” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), operated by IMC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

The Company bears no responsibility for any disputes arising between Users or between Users and third parties.
Article 5 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
All content within the Service (including text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of the Company or rightful third parties.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Use)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary.
The revised Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Service.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
