About Shipping Carriers
All orders are delivered via Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin" service.
We will select the optimal shipping method based on the total dimensions (length + width + height) and weight of the package.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination region and the size and weight of the package.
Below are reference rates (tax included) for shipments from Tokyo:

Shipping Area
We only deliver within Japan.
Please note that international shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
(Excluding weekends, national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and long holiday periods)
In cases of high order volume or inventory issues, shipping may be delayed. If so, we will contact you via email.
Delivery Date & Time Requests
We currently do not accept specific delivery date or time requests.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Receiving Your Order
If a package is returned due to prolonged absence or refusal of receipt, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
