About Orders
Select the quantity from the product page, click "Add to Cart," and then proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button to place your order.
We generally do not accept changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Shipping Information
Shipping fees are based on the Yamato Transport price list, depending on the shipping area and the size and weight of the package. For an estimate of the shipping fees, please refer to the [Shipping Policy].
After order confirmation, we will usually ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and New Year holidays). A tracking number will be provided via email once the shipment is complete.
Currently, we do not accept specific delivery date or time requests. After shipment, you can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided by Yamato Transport.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. In case of a defect or incorrect delivery, we will cover the shipping cost and provide either an exchange or a refund.
We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
About Subscription
Please submit your cancellation request via My Page or the contact form at least 7 days before the next scheduled shipment. (Please note that items already in the shipping preparation process cannot be canceled.)
