Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once confirmed, we will either exchange it for a new product or issue a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (e.g., order mistakes, different from what was expected) as a general rule. Thank you for your understanding.


Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 8 days have passed since the product arrived

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product has been soiled or damaged due to customer handling

  • The item was purchased during a campaign or sale


Refunds

After the returned item is confirmed, we will process your refund to your designated account or original payment method within 7 business days, in principle.
Details regarding the refund method and timing will be provided individually.
